We blend flour and sea salt with our dehydratedstarter, creating a soft, easy-to-work dough that comes together with just water and a short rest.

The result is a tender, flavorful crust with a light texture and a subtle sourdough note—perfect for an easy, homemade pizza night.

All you'll need to add is 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of oil!

The mix makes 2 9" pizzas or 1 larger 16"-18" pizza.
